About LAG Consulting

The LAG Consulting Experience

For almost two decades, I have been assisting organizations in restructuring and reorganizing their teams. During this time, I have also been exploring new ways of fostering cooperation and collaboration among individuals to improve team efficiency, increase productivity, and reduce operating costs.

I take pride in working closely with each client, treating them as unique organizations with challenges and advantages. By understanding what sets them apart, I can identify their specific needs and determine the best way to address them.

My philosophy is rooted in Agile's core values and principles, which are based on the realities of rapidly changing markets and human nature. I combine theory and practice to provide an analytical, data-driven, and community-centered approach that helps organizations achieve their goals.
